Mentorship Committee

Committee Purpose:

The ISV Mentorship Committee exists to guide and support a strong mentorship program that connects mentors and mentees for personal and professional  development of mentees by facilitating structured, effective, and meaningful mentorship relationships. The committee oversees the implementation, evaluation, and improvement of the mentorship program, and ongoing support of all mentorship activities.

This will be achieved by:

  • Matching mentors and mentees based on interests, goals, and expertise.
  • Building a culture of continuous learning and collaboration through mentorship.
  • Ensuring meaningful connections between mentors and mentees.
  • Providing resources, training, and support to mentors and mentees throughout the mentorship period.
  • Gathering feedback and improve the program over time
