Finance & Governance

Committee Purpose:

  • Advises on financial decisions and proposes policies to improve governance to align with ISV’s constitution
  • Advises on ISV annual Congress-related expenses
  • Audits ISV’s annual financial activities and makes recommendations to ensure ISV operates in a manner consistent with its stated purpose and constitution
