IVVN ECR Career Development  Fellowship

The IVVN ECR Career Development Fellowship supports researchers in veterinary vaccinology over an 18-month period, focusing on advanced skills development, mentorship, and leadership training.

What the Fellowship Offers:

  • One-to-one mentorship with senior researchers
  • Peer-to-peer learning and group networking
  • Monthly journal clubs and training workshops
  • Access to funding for lab exchanges and small research projects
  • Training in areas such as grant writing, leadership, project management, and scientific communication

Eligibility:

  • IVVN membership (free to join)
  • Relevant postdoctoral experience and strong research track record
  • Commitment to veterinary vaccinology and capacity to become a future research leader

Q&A Session: IVVN will be hosting a Q&A webinar on Thursday, 16th January 2025, at 10:00 GMT. This session will provide potential applicants with an opportunity to learn more about the fellowship and ask any questions they may have.

Creation of new research groups at the Institut Pasteu

The Institut Pasteur launches an international call to recruit new junior research group leaders in the application of cutting-edge transdisciplinary approaches to the exploration of host-microbe, tissue-tissue, or host-environment interactions.

Eligibility

Eligible candidates typically have between between 2 and 12 years of post-PhD experience. For primary caretakers, eligibility is extended  to 14 to 16 years post-PhD. Applicants with questions about their eligibility are encouraged to reach out for clarification before applying.
