4th Computational Vaccinology Workshop at ISV

The 4th Computational Vaccinology Workshop at ISV (CV4 @ ISV) is a satellite workshop held prior to the 8th Vaccine & ISV Congress in October 2014. The goal of this workshop is to provide a platform for international collaboration and sharing of information on the topic of computational vaccinology.

2014 marks the fourth year of the Computational Vaccinology Workshop at ISV, previously known as the ISV Pre-conference Computational Vaccinology Workshop (ICoVax). Last year’s workshop, held in Sitges, Spain, featured researchers and bioinformaticians from around the world with informative presentations covering computational methods to better understand viruses and design more efficient, safe and efficacious vaccines. The workshop also featured a live demonstration of the interactive vaccine design platform, ISPRI, as well as a poster session. To view the ICoVax 2013 programme click here. Three papers from the workshop were selected to be published along with the proceedings as a supplement to the journal BMC Bioinformatics. Those papers may be found here.
